Overview

KeyPoint Government Solutions is currently seeking candidates for a Training Coordinator. Candidates for this opening must be located in the Loveland, CO area or include a cover letter explaining relocation plans.

 

The Training Coordinator position will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of required field training. This position will work closely with several of the Field Operations departments and the Certified Field Trainer program to set up the required Observation-period, On-the-Job Training (OJT) and In-Residence training. The Training Coordinator will manage documentation and tracking of all required hours, required forms and storage of forms in order to ensure contract specifications and compliance are met. This position will provide support to other Shared Services departments including Human Resources, Recruiting and Security.

 

 

Essential Functions:

  • Organize, set up and provide support for all Investigator Field Training
  • Ensure required hours and training are satisfactorily completed and forms and hours are logged and documented appropriately
  • Store and manage all forms for quarterly audit inspection
  • Track and monitor all required check rides for post training, remedial and on-going check rides in the field
  • Audit and approve all field training billed hours and ensure accuracy of hours, charges and expenses and immediately report any discrepancies to the Director of Training
  • Support Recruiting Dept. with creation and distribution of weekly requisition reports, communication with candidates regarding questions about KeyPoint and working in the candidate database to post job opportunities and create reports
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Associate’s Degree preferred. Three years progressively responsible administrative experience may be substituted
  • Attend new hire orientation
  • Two years progressively responsible administrative experience required
  • Ability to communicate effectively with various departments and personnel
  • Must be well-organized and tolerant of last minute changes
  • Must be detail oriented and able to ask for clarification
  • Must have excellent follow-through and documentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, intermediate to advanced skills preferred
  • Must be able to work independently and be able to prioritize tasks
  • U.S. citizenship (required for federal security clearance)

Federal Background Investigation REQUIRED please read.

The selected candidate for this position must be able to successfully obtain and maintain a favorably adjudicated government background investigation. This background investigation requires U.S. citizenship and will include an investigation of 10+ years of history including financial, education, employment, medical, residence, and personal records. The cost of this investigation will be paid by KeyPoint.
