Overview

KeyPoint Government Solutions is currently seeking candidates for an Integrity Assurance Contract Compliance (IACC) Specialist – Complaints and Integrity. Candidates for this opening may be located remotely and work from home.

 

The IACC Specialist’s ultimate goal is to ensure a quality product is provided to the customer. Primary duties consist of oversight of the overall product and contract compliance in terms of quality. The IACC Specialist will research/investigate complaints and integrity concerns, interview sources/subjects/investigators, find resolution and write up summaries and synopsizes. The IACC Specialist will advise the Corporate Director and/or Deputy Director of IACC as well as NBIB when necessary of any findings/issues.

 

Essential Functions:

  • Review Field Investigator notes to ensure notes meet standards; follow up with FMs and investigators
  • Support the re-contact program when needed by conducting source re-contacts
  • Review and follow up with appropriate managers regarding any quality, professionalism or integrity issues with Field Investigators
  • Investigate and research complaints both internal and external and report those findings to NBIB and internal management
  • Investigate, conduct re-work, coordinate re-work in the field, and produce reports of integrity and/or falsification issues in line with NBIB’s Integrity Assurance Group
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or 3 years progressively responsible work experience may be substituted
  • New hire orientation
  • Extensive work experience in at least one of the following areas: Federal background investigations, or non-financial compliance/auditing
  • 2-3 years’ experience conducting NBIB background investigations or other investigations preferred
  • Knowledge of the NBIB handbook and NBIB investigation procedures preferred
  • Must have excellent customer service skills
  • Must be well-organized with good time management skills
  • Must have ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • U.S. citizenship (required for federal security clearance)

Federal Background Investigation REQUIRED please read.

The selected candidate for this position must be able to successfully obtain and maintain a favorably adjudicated government background investigation. This background investigation requires U.S. citizenship and will include an investigation of 10+ years of history including financial, education, employment, medical, residence, and personal records. The cost of this investigation will be paid by KeyPoint.
