KeyPoint Government Solutions is currently seeking candidates for an Investigative Support Branch Technician. Candidates for this opening located in Loveland, CO will be expected to work onsite in the office. This position may work from home for other areas.


This position requests and processes confidential information and may correspond in a variety of ways including telephone, email and mail to obtain information required for items assigned to them. This position will work on assigned special projects and reports as needed. Maintains and updates multiple database systems with accuracy and efficiency. Work is routine and repetitive and follows various standardized operating procedures.


Essential Functions:

  • Assign, re-assign, cancel, and change work assignments in the computer database
  • Conduct telephone inquiries regarding financial, legal, education and employment records and translate them into a written report
  • Provide outstanding customer service to representatives from various creditors, institutions, agencies, as well as KeyPoint field investigators throughout the US
  • Tracking and entering Field Investigator/ISB NBIB reimbursable receipts on a daily basis
  • Communicate with field investigators regarding the process of obtaining the correct releases needed for retrieval of required financial, legal, educational and employment information
  • Other duties as assigned



  • High School diploma or GED
  • New hire orientation
  • One to two years progressively responsible administrative experience
  • Previous experience with financial (bankruptcy, credit), educational, legal or employment verification preferred
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong internet research skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to perform data entry and typing duties with accuracy
  • Must be dependable and highly responsible
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Microsoft Office proficiency in Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality requirements of assigned work
  • Must have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • U.S. citizenship (required for federal security clearance)

Federal Background Investigation REQUIRED please read.

The selected candidate for this position must be able to successfully obtain and maintain a favorably adjudicated government background investigation. This background investigation requires U.S. citizenship and will include an investigation of 10+ years of history including financial, education, employment, medical, residence, and personal records. The cost of this investigation will be paid by KeyPoint.
